What is it with these Anti-Gay lawmakers getting sucked into all the gay bars? Do they have so much hatred towards the gays, that they just have to go investigate? Of course not! I always said that the ones that rant against something the most, are the ones you should watch! Eventually they will get caught! Senator Ashburn is sure in a pickle now.
OK, not that he's up for election next term, I don't think. I think he did his two terms, and now he's done, but my goodness. What are the wife and kids gonna say? Not that he was caught with his pants down or anything. I mean, he was just driving drunk with another fellow in the car, coming from Faces, a local gay bar in Sacramento. Maybe he was just giving the boy a ride home.
It's going to be one hell of an interesting story. The proverbial crap will blow around, and then they will spin it into something I'm sure. Just like they did with Larry Craig when he was busted in a sting operation in an airport bathroom. I've never heard so many excuses. And Senator Craig's wife acts like she believes them all. Love is blind isn't it!
Did anyone see the documentary back in 2009 titled "Outrage"? The focus was on Anti-Gay lawmakers such as Republican Senator Larry Craig, and Republican Senator Mark Foley, and Floriday Governor Charlie Crist. It's a very eye opening documentary, and well worth watching.
When are people going to open their eyes and see these people for their lies? When will the hate stop?
In California, it was legal for Gay people to marry for about six months in 2008. Then came the Vote. The news spin on Proposition 8. The confusing commercials, the false misleading spin that was put onto the whole issue, and largely funded by religious groups. Separation of Church and State? Doesn't look like it!
Funny how things turn out though. It's only a matter of time for the Truth in all of this nonsense to come out.
